Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the software files, source code, download links, license keys, or digital assets have been delivered, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

1. Digital Product Delivery

ShopMate is a digital software product delivered electronically. Since customers receive immediate access to downloadable files after purchase, the product cannot be returned once delivered.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Once access to the product, download files, source code, license information, or digital content has been provided, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

3. Customer Responsibility

Refund requests may only be considered in rare situations such as:

  • ✓ Successful payment but product was not delivered

Any approved refund request will be reviewed individually and is entirely at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks
