5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the software meets their requirements and is compatible with their devices or operating environment before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, source code, design assets, documentation and related content remain the exclusive property of ShopMate.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShopMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
